Keep you up to date with all our news. we'll let you know whats we've been up to as well as what weve been planning.

We are excited to be holding a FREE autism friendly swimming session on Sunday 8th April 4-6pm at Leominster Leisure Centre.

Come along to our ladies only swimming sessions at Hereford Leisure Pool on a Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm starting from 14th of March.

These sessions are not about the perfect technique or how fast you can swim its just about having some 'me time' and working out at your own pace in a fun sociable environment.

Don't forget to check out our opening times before you plan your visit over the Easter bank holiday...

We love this holiday. The sun’s starting to shine, summer’s round the corner, you get two whole weeks off school runs and two whole weeks to fill with fun. Paint Easter eggs (hard boiled or buy a bag of polystyrene ones from local toy or stationery stores), or create your own Easter Egg hunts (winner picks the movie). Make this the time for 2018’s first country picnic (take a flask), first trip to the beach (kite flying and ball games?), or first family bike ride.

Halo are proud to take part in the world’s biggest annual fundraising swim between 27th-29th April and we’re inviting everyone - every age and every ability - the chance to take part. There are 400m, 1.5k, 2.5k and 5k challenges so no excuses.

We’ve been trialling this body measurement machine (20 results in 30 seconds!) at Hereford Leisure Centre & Bridgend Life Centre and are delighted so many of you have taken the opportunity to check out your body composition (including fat, muscle, bone) as well as metabolic age and efficiency (your ability to burn the food you eat) so you can make sure every minute you work out is making the positive difference you want.

It’s three months and counting until we’ll be calling you to the starting gate for 2018’s Furlong Fury. This fabulous, fun, furious 5k obstacle race launched last summer and is back at Hereford Racecourse by popular demand on June 24th.

We love that so many of our centres are home to libraries as well as pools, gyms and exercise studios. We see every day how they promote wellbeing by providing a space for people to read, research and relax. If you haven’t discovered them yet, make World Book Day (Thursday March 1st) the day you add them into your routine.

The day smokers can change lives, including their own. Want to know why?

The card’s a must, but think outside the box when it comes to the gift this year. Because what mothers treasure most is:
